Many of you know that the majority of the board no longer has kids on the field. While we all love the sport and the Little League (baseball and softball) community, we need some helpful parents to, well, help. You can sign up here...
Division Coordinator -- This is broken down to Tee-Ball/Coach Pitch; Minors and up Baseball; Softball. This person is the primary contact for coaches and parents in their division.
Player Agent -- Go to for coaches and parents needing assistance
Coaching Coordinator -- Works with the Division Coordinator to make sure coaches are there and provide access to training if needed.
Fields Coordinator and Safety Officer -- Rep to the Town of Sahuarita and ensures safe playing conditions
Uniforms Coordinator -- Figure out what needs to be ordered and get it done
Pictures / Awards Coordinator -- Figure out what needs to be ordered and get it done
Equipment Coordinator -- Inventory and track all equipment bags
League Information Coordinator / Webmaster -- Answer web email, facebook, and main phone number. Help push information out
Concessions Manager -- Run the snack shack
President -- Liason between local league and District
Vice President -- Main contact for all board appointed coordinators
Secretary -- Coordinates needs with VP
Treasurer -- Balance the books and provides financial info
Umpire in Chief -- Head Ump and head of recruiting umps
At-Large Board Member -- Be willing to help out as your schedule allows.
Anyone over the age of 18 will have a background check run - please expect a follow-up email from JDP (they actually run the check).
All positions are available for new ideas every year at the meeting in October.
All members are expected to attend 8 of the 10 monthly meetings per year.
