Advised Picture Day Coach Instructions
Advised Coach Instructions: Please follow these steps in this order.
1. Fill out the 11x14 Team Envelope (passed out by league members) to the best of your knowledge BEFORE ARRIVAL.
2. Go to the check in table to hand in your 11x14 Team Envelope to our customer service staff.
3. Direct your players to an open TEAM LINE UP # and begin lining up players from shortest to tallest at each marked spot.
4. Players should have order forms with payment in envelope if ordering.
5. After the individual picture is taken the player will go to the back of the line.
Advised Picture Day Parents/Guardians Instructions
Advised Parents/Guardians Instructions:
Players may use their own baseball bat for pictures however photographers will have extra bats available
Please prepare your player(s) for picture day procedures.
· Please be sure player is picture ready (uniform tucked in, hair done, face clean etc.) before and during team lineup
· Advise your player to keep their baseball bat with them while waiting for pictures (if using their own bat).
· Players should hold on to envelope order form (please make payment first). Order forms are needed at the time of pictures if ordering
