Player Programs Beyond FCFC

Fox Chapel Futbol Club is a recreational community program.  It is a program dedicated to introducing players to soccer and providing them with the training and league play to enjoy the game at a recreational level.  FCFC does operate U10 to U12 competitive teams.  But, after U12, all team play return to recreational.

Pittsburgh Riverhounds Academy:
The Riverhounds Academy was launched in 2007 to provide young soccer players with a thorough understanding of the game and the skills necessary to perform on the field.  They deliver a skill-driven system of development, focusing on individual player improvement rather than winning team competitions.  The Riverhounds Academy currently develops about 1,300 players between the ages of 3 and 18 years old and provides identification opportunities to participate in the Riverhounds Development Academy (RDA), the highest tier within our youth system.

Olympic Development Program:
PA West Soccer/US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program, or ODP as it is commonly called, is a national identification and development program designed to identify youth soccer players throughout the country, to represent their state (PA West Soccer) association, Region, and the United States in soccer competition. ODP pools are formed at the state and regional levels, made up of the best players in various age groups. At the state association level, pools of players are identified in each eligible age group, brought together as a team to develop their skills through training and competition. From the state pools, players
are identified for regional and national pools and teams. PA West Soccer ODP is one of 15 state associations within US Youth Soccer East Region.
