Spring Baseball 16U Big Diamond 2026

16U Spring Baseball

Wilmington Baseball is looking to field a 16U Big Diamond Baseball team in spring 2026. Cost for the season will be $180. Registration fee will only be collected if a player is placed on a team.

Registration will close on 2/28/26 at which time we will determine whether we have enough players to field a team. If we have enough players to field a team, you will be notified and asked to pay the registration fee. If we do not have enough players to field a team at a particular level, you will be notified and you will not be placed on a team.

16U Big Diamond Baseball

7th and 8th Grade Baseball 2026

This program is for players born between 9/1/11 and 8/31/13. We are planning to offer a competitive Middle School (big diamond team), 50/70 team (7^th graders only) and a recreation big diamond team for this age level. Teams will be determined via player evaluation to be held in early November.

7^th grade players will be considered for both 50/70 and Big Diamond teams while 8^th grade players will only be considered for Big Diamond teams. The competitive Middle School team will practice throughout the winter in preparation for the spring season.

Cost will depend on assigned team. We anticipate that 50/70 and recreation Big Diamond will cost $180 while the competitive Middle School team will cost up to $350.

2026 Spring Softball 14U

14U division is player pitch, plays in the Merrimack Valley Girls Softball League, and travels to surrounding towns for games.

This registration is specifically for the 14U division. Players are born between 9/1/11 and 8/31/13 (generally 7th and 8th grade).

Registration will close on February 28, 2026 at which time we will determine whether we have enough players to field a team at the 14U level. If we have enough players to field a team, you will be notified and asked to pay the registration fee. If we do not have enough players to field a team at a particular level, you will be notified and you will not be placed on a team. Cost will be $180.

Spring Softball 2026

We are committed to teaching the fundamentals of softball while developing competitive players.

8U division plays in-town only, and is a coach pitch league.

10U, and 12U divisions are player pitch, and play in the Merrimack Valley Girls Softball League, and travel to surrounding towns for games.

Divisions include:

8U-birthday between 9/1/17 and 8/31/19 (generally 1st and 2nd grade)
10U-birthday between 9/1/15 and 8/31/17 (generally 3rd and 4th grade)
12U-birthday between 9/1/13 and 8/31/15 (generally 5th and 6th grade)

Cost:

8U- $165
10U/12U- $180

Spring Baseball 2026

Farm, A, AA and AAA is now open for the 2026 spring season!

Farm- players born between 9/1/18 and 8/31/19 (generally 1st grade)
A- players born between 9/1/17 and 8/31/18 (generally 2nd grade)
AA- players born between 9/1/16 and 8/31/17 (generally 3rd grade)
AAA- players born between 9/1/14 and 8/31/16 (generally 4th and 5th grade) who opt not to try out for a Majors team; 4th and 5th graders who register and try out for Majors, but are not drafted by a Majors team will automatically be transferred to the AAA division.

Cost

Farm, A and AA- $165
AAA- $180
