OUTSTANDING REFEREE SCHOLARSHIP AWARD
PRESENTED BY TUALATIN SOCCER CLUB
ELIGIBILITY
- Graduating High School senior (this is a one time scholarship award).
- Applicants must be graduating during calendar year 2020.
- Must have been a member of the TSC referee pool during the 2019 Fall Season. Refereeing for multiple seasons will make an application more competitive.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 is required.
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Leadership qualities or potential as exhibited by your refereeing experience and other extracurricular activities.
- Academic achievement.
- Breadth of extracurricular activities and community service / volunteer work / employment.
- References / Letters of Recommendation.
- Finalists, after review of application materials and eligibiltiy, will be invited to a brief interview.
SELECTION COMMITTEE
The selection committee consists of TSC board members, members of the Tualatin community and sponsors of the scholarship.
