Our Director serves as a resource for the long-term development of both players and coaches through a variety of new and forthcoming initiatives. Below are some of the resources that will be available to travel coaches and players.

Resources for Coaches

Train coaches and help them plan and implement practice sessions.
Design and administer a continuing education program.
Provide coaches with a curriculum to develop technical and tactical skills.
Conduct coaches’ clinics.
Create short- and long-term seasonal plans for the club and provide guidance to team coaches in designing their own team seasonal plans.

Resources for Players

Design training priorities for each age group and level.
Organize supplementary skill clinics and camps for players.
Design a player evaluation and feedback process that guides team coaches on how and when to provide feedback to players.

All coaches must register annually with the club.

- Choose the Program and Division where your player is registered
Please include all required information for the NJYS background check
EDP ONLY: include a profile picture and coaching certificates

Travel Coaches with SJSL / SJGSL

Travel Coaches with SGSL and or SJGSL: All coaches must register annually with the club.

- Login to your account at wdsoccer.com
- Select My Account of left menu
- Register in the section below your player(s) information

- Choose Travel Tryout, Girls or Boy's Division
This information is used to assign you to a team and to register you with US Club Soccer
All other requirements will be completed on the US Club Soccer Platform at GotSport.com

West Deptford Township Background Check Instructions

All coaches must complete (or renew) a background check with West Deptford Township. Background checks are valid for two years.
