2024-2025 Directors of Coaching

West Deptford Soccer Club is excited to announce our new directors of coaching for boys and girls travel teams for the 2024-2025 season. Our directors will be a resource for the long-term development of our players and coaches through a variety of new and forthcoming initiatives.
Below are some of the resources that will be available to travel coaches.
Resources for coaches:
· Train coaches and help them plan and implement practice sessions.
· Design and administer a continuing education program.
· Provide coaches with a curriculum to develop technical and tactical skills.
· Conduct coaches’ clinics.
· Create long and short-term seasonal plans for the club and provide guidance to team coaches in designing their own team’s seasonal plans.
Resources for players:
· Design the training priorities for each age group and level.
· Organize supplementary skill clinics and camps for the players.
· Design a player evaluation/feedback process that guides the team coaches in how and when to provide feedback to the players.
