West Deptford Soccer Club

The West Deptford Soccer Club was founded in 1968 and has been a part of the West Deptford community for over 55 years. Based out of West Deptford Park, the club serves more than 600 families across three programs: Recreation, Travel, and EDP.

Recreation

Our Rec program is built around fun. It's designed for kids to learn the game, develop their skills, and enjoy being part of a team. Players get weekly practices, training, and games in a supportive environment where the focus is on growth and having a good time on the field.

Travel

Our Travel program competes in the South Jersey Soccer League (SJSL) for boys and the South Jersey Girls Soccer League (SJGSL) for girls. Every travel team practices with certified coaches, receives dedicated training support, and is provided a tournament budget for the season. Most teams participate in league play, tournaments, and team social events throughout the year.

Elite Development Program (EDP)

For players looking for an additional level of competition, we offer participation in the Elite Development Program (EDP), providing exposure to a broader competitive landscape beyond our local leagues.

Thanksgiving Tournament

WDSC is home to the annual Thanksgiving Day Tournament, one of the longest-running youth soccer tournaments in South Jersey. The tournament continues to grow and improve each year.

Our club is run entirely by volunteers, parents and community members who believe in what youth sports can do for kids. Whether your child is stepping onto a field for the first time or competing at a high level, there's a place for them at West Deptford Soccer Club.
