Mission Statement

The Chambersburg Trojan Youth Association (CTYA) is dedicated to providing young athletes with the best opportunities for personal and athletic development. Through strong community involvement and a collaborative partnership with the Chambersburg Area School District, we strive to create a clear and supportive pathway for our youth to reach their fullest potential.

CTYA Theory & Overview

CTYA is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on empowering the youth of the Chambersburg community through athletic development—beginning with football and cheerleading. Our vision is to serve as a bridge between families and the school district, fostering collaboration, unity, and shared accountability.

By working closely with the school system and engaging parents as partners, CTYA aims to create a positive and structured environment where every child feels supported. We believe this unified approach will give families a stronger voice and help align youth programming with educational and community goals.

Our programs are designed to promote safety, build confidence, and nurture essential life skills. Through participation, young people gain a sense of purpose, improve their self-esteem, and are empowered to lead healthy, responsible, and productive lives.
