Flag Football

In 2026, you must go on our website to create an account, register and pay. You will not be placed on a team until you complete the registration.

Flag football players typically receive team jerseys and flags/mouth guard are provided for the season. Parents provide shoes and socks.

Flag football games are generally non-tackle, flag-based, and designed to emphasize fun, skill learning, and teamwork. Each team in our league will play at least 1 scheduled game per week unless makeup games are necessary or the schedule dictates a bye week and forces a team to play 2 times.

Cheer squads support teams on game days and may participate in sideline routines.
All Practices are held at The Nitterhouse YMCA 756 Coldbrook Ave, and all games will be held at Green Township Park at 996 Elevator St. Use the entrance off 997.
