How to Register - Please Read Thoroughly Before You Begin

Step 1 -You will need the players birth certificate to upload in order to participate. You will be asked to read and agree to the following waivers 1. Step 2 - Coaches & Board Members are needed to operate successfully. Volunteers are eligible for discounted fees. Volunteer registration requires additional documentation and certification. 1. Register with USA Softball 2. Provide Drivers License information 3. Take a training online webinar for Safe Sport Certification safe sport link 4. Take a webinar for Concussion certification https://nfhslearn.com/courses/concussion-in-sports-2.

Step 3 - Review the new USA age chart below to determine the age division for your daughter. Login or Create your account by clicking "Login" in the upper right corner of the page. Choose your login and password. If you already have an account click onto "Register" to begin.

Returning players will login to their account to begin registration for the new season. If you cannot remember your information please request a search for your login and password. Please do not create a new account.

Consider including contact information for adults who will be responsible for drop off and pick up times.

Spring Season 2025

It’s time for Softball signups for our 2025 Spring Ball Season! The North Torrance Girls Softball League (NTGSL) welcomes players from Torrance and surrounding communities of all skill levels. Our Spring Ball Season kicks off the third week of February on the 15th, and wraps April 19, 2025.

NTGSL is located at Hamilton Adult School Fields: 2602 W 182nd Street, Torrance 90504

DIVISIONS FOR SPRING BALL: 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U & 18U (high school)

**Division break downs are determined by age as of September 1, 2023**

Please note: A player’s age as of September 1 determines the age in which the player is eligible to play in fall, spring, and All Star seasons.

Registration closes January 17

Mandatory Evaluation and uniform fitting, January 18 & 19

Practice begins January 20

Games begin the weekend of February 15, 2025

Registration must be paid prior to the Mandatory Evaluation and uniform fitting. A mandatory fundraiser will be provided to support the needs of the league such as lower registration costs, equipment and field utilities/maintenance.

Teams may carry 13 players and will require minimum of 2 Coaches and a Team Coordinator. However, it is recommended to have 3 coaches per team (1 coach per 4 players).

Team Drafts will be held on January 19, 2025 at our NTGSL Fields.

All Members must agree to NTGSL bylaws, NTGSL Code of Conduct, USA Softball Rules and Code of Conduct. All Members must also agree to follow Safe Sport and Concussion Protocols in an effort to keep players and our league safe.

2024 Spring Softball is considered a combination of development and competitive pay, with official scoring, standings and playoffs. You will need to travel to other local leagues within Los Angeles County to play games and you must adhere to the rules and guidelines of that facility.
