Director, 2017-2019

• Developed and implemented the Ryle Youth Basketball League (RYBL) that focused on fundamental development of players in kindergarten to fifth grade.  The league sold out in year two with 240 participants.   

Ryle Boys' Basketball Camp, Union, KY
Director, 2013-2018

• Led the development of the Ryle Boys' Basketball Camp into one of the premier summer basketball camps in the Greater Cincinnati area.  During this time, the camp grew from 55 campers to being sold out each year with over 280 campers (2nd largest in NKY).
