Intro to Sailing Racing will cover the basics of sailboat racing, with the goal of having students participate in two regattas. Open to 6-9th grade students in the CK or Bremerton school district area. Coach approval is required for students who did not participate in Fall Middle School sailing; some sailing experience is preferred.
The spring session will run Wednesday afternoons from 4 pm to 6 pm, April 16 - May 28, 2024. Practices meet at the head of the pier at Silverdale Waterfront Park. See the kitsapsailing.org website for a list of what to bring. Swim skills and comfort on the water are required.
