CJFC is a recreational league for children born between 2007-2017. ALL children who sign up are put on a team. There are no try-outs for our recreational league.

The Carl Junction “Futbol" Club (CJFC) believes that the essential elements of character building and ethics in sports are encompassed within the concept of sportsmanship and six core principles: trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and good citizenship. The pinnacle of sports is achieved when competition reflects these “Six Pillars of Character”. 

We plan to play one week day game, and one Saturday game, per team, each week at Lakeside Soccer Park, located at 502 Briarbrook Dr, Carl Junction, MO, right next to Briarbrook Country Club.

We are hoping to have separate divisions for boys and girls per age group, if numbers allow. If there are not enough players, we will play co-ed. Children will not play against others outside of their age groups for safety purposes.

Your registration fee also includes registration with USSSA Soccer, which gives your child secondary medical insurance for the year (August 1 – July 31).

CJFC’s head coaches are required to pass a background check and complete online training through the US Soccer Learning Center. Sample practice plans will be given upon completion of the online course, and the Carl Junction High School Soccer Coaches are available to provide assistance whenever is needed!
