Elite Performance (EP) Training
teaches complex technical soccer skills and soccer-specific movements. We apply both of these pieces to significantly improve technical ability, increase athleticism, reduce risk of injury, and most important, work towards becoming a complete soccer player. Developing the complete soccer player takes a lot of work. But there's no better feeling than when that work pays off. For serious soccer players, it’s a lot of work. And a lot of fun! We’ve designed a highly effective program that combines the crucial physical and technical soccer skills needed to develop the complete player.
PROGRAM FOCUS:
From a skill perspective, we start off progressing through our Foundational Ball Control Sessions, then weave these techniques into Attacking, Passing and Finishing Sessions. The Athletic Strength portion of the program will take you from body awareness and stability to explosive strength and power training sessions. And the Speed & Agility session will take you from footwork and rhythmic drills into explosive, soccer specific speed & agility. This program will provide you with everything you need to develop confident speed with the ball at your feet.
The curriculum focus on complete skill, speed and strength training:

Winter Training Covid-19 Safety Protocols:
- A maximum of 32 players will be allowed in the facility during each session.
- Due to Covid-19 Protocols, parents are not allowed inside the building during training.
-Players must wear a MASK while entering and exiting the facility and when PLAYING.
-Players must be dropped off at the main South West entrance (Salt Creek).
-Players must Exit the North West Exit Doors (Salt Creek).
-Parents must be ready for pick up at the end of the training session.
