Elite S.C. Player Development Approach

Mission:  Elite Soccer brings experienced, professional, caring coaches to teach and develop soccer players from the fun, through the passion, to the demands of elite level soccer.

The Elite S.C. Way:  The Elite S.C. Curriculum utilizes the US Soccer Federation Best Practices and USYSA “Player Development Model” as our guideline for club wide player and team development.  The Elite S.C Way strives to provide an optimal player development program for every player. Regardless of the skill level or competitive desire of the player we give players the opportunity to maximize their potential and play at the highest level possible or as high as their dreams and ambition will take them.  

The Elite S.C. Core Values are Effort, Learning, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence and we aim to instill these values in our players on and off the field. 

Long Term Development:   We understand that it takes years for players to master the technical and tactical skills required to be great soccer players.  As a club we are committed to this long term process and provide a structured player development pathway from the early introduction of soccer through to the elite level.
