View & Try-On Uniforms
- Uniform try on will be available during tryouts. Every player needing uniforms, including those on tryouts for the first time, should try on uniforms to assess your size. Please make every effort to do this during tryouts.
- Contact Luis or Nuris to arrange a time to try on.
- Unable to try on? Provide the name of a player who would order a similar size. The uniform is "Adidas" thus if you have a similar jersey you can use it for reference.

Steps to Order
- Go to Link to uniform order form
- Provide the requested information - you will need multiple for if you are ordering for multiple players
- Jersey Sizes: YS, YM, YL, AS, AM, AL, AXL:
- Short Sizes: YXS, YS, YM, YL, YXL, AS, AM, AL, AXL, 2XL (*** Note: Youth XL shorts is larger than Adult Small shorts)
- ** RETURNING PLAYERS MUST PROVIDE A JERSEY NUMBER WITH EVERY ORDER. IMPORTANT: See the heading "JERSEY NUMBERS below"
- Once you fill the information press “submit”
- We will check the order and will send you an email requesting confirmation and information about how to pay
- Once the order is confirmed we will proceed to obtain the uniform.
- We will collect all orders and submit them to the uniform company by early to mid-July and it will take 3-4 weeks for the uniforms to be ready. Payment must be received immediately after the order is placed
Choosing Your Socks
- For new socks, find your shoe size then choose the corresponding sock size. See below
- Shoe Size - Youth/Men 1 to 4 OR Women's 3 to 5.5: Choose SMALL
- Shoe Size - Youth/Men 4.5 to 8 OR Women's 5.5 to 10: Choose MEDIUM
- Shoe Size - Youth/Men 8.5 to 12 OR Women's 11 to 12: Choose LARGE
Uniform Cost
- Your uniform must be paid for before its ordered
- Entire Kit: $150 (Two Adidas Jerseys, two dri-fit training jerseys, 1 pair of shorts, and 1 pair of socks)
- Individual Pieces with logos and numbers: Uniform jersey ($42); Uniform shorts ($29); Training jersey ($11); Socks ($15)
- ** RETURNING PLAYERS MUST PROVIDE A JERSEY NUMBER WITH EVERY REPLACEMENT ORDER
- OPTIONAL EMBROIDERED JACKETS are $65 with your name

WE CANNOT guarantee jersey numbers. Please understand that we must avoid duplicate numbers since team ages are merged as mandated by all national soccer organizations and US Youth Soccer Association

Dear OSU Families:
**Uniform Policy Change**
As manufacturers style and availability changes, we are forced to make changes as well. Those families purchasing kits for 2017 Fall are in the final year of this uniform cycle. The next uniform purchase will be immediately after the 2018 Spring season and will be kept for 2 years. We will provide the opportunity to reorder throughout a uniforms life cycle.
(U-18s/19s who are seniors playing for 1 season may either purchase a new kit or rent a uniform kit at a lower cost. Please contact the uniform coordinators for additional details)
