Join Achieve Your Highest Potential’s trainers and experience a 90 minute ball control session combined with Futsal play.  Players will touch the ball with all surfaces of their foot.  Learn some new moves and how to control the ball in tight spaces.

These sessions are for the committed soccer player.  If you would like to improve your skills for the spring season and prepare for tryouts, please join us!

Speed alone is an important quality of a good athlete.  Having explosive speed at the right moment and the agility to maintain your speed and balance allows good athletes to be great athletes. The player who can cover distances very fast and also navigate congestion in the penalty area with ease is a rare find.

 

Many players talk about the importance of Speed and Agility; however, most fail to focus on them specifically.  Spend time this summer with AYHP's trainers and improve your speed and agility.  

Camps are offered before or after many of our summer camps.
