Training Program
A sixty minute session devised to be both physically and technically challenging to the relevant age and skill set of the player.  The player touches the ball continually in eight minute sections through warm ups then moves and warm downs with 2 minute rest breaks interspersed to maximize the intensity and concentration level of each session.

Players, though repetition, work on moves and skills.  By touching the ball with all surfaces of the foot, each player gains the mastery and confidence to reproduce these touches in game like conditions.
