Take Garden State Parkway to exit 82, Route 37 East (Seaside Heights).  Take Route 37 East about 5 miles to Fischer Boulevard jug handle (to cross RT 37).  Take Fischer Boulevard to Bay Avenue. Turn right (by Four Seasons Diner) onto Bay Avenue. Go to end of Bay Avenue. Shelter Cove Complex is on left.
