CALL TO ORDER
President Dave Henke called to order the General Meeting of the Burgettstown Area Youth Soccer
Association (BAYSA) at 7:33 P.M.

REVIEW OF BOARD MEETING MINUTES
The meeting minutes from the previous meeting on November 18, 2025, were available for review.
Henry McHenry made the motion for approval. Vico Innocenti seconded the motion. The motion
carried.

PRESIDENT’S REPORT- Dave Henke
Division meeting will be scheduled at a later time
Lighting grant is still in approval process
Welcome packet will be sent out at the beginning of spring season
Reminders for coaches to complete clearances
Update coach requirement email/verify hyperlinks
Sr. Night during night game, follow up with parents to purchase banner
$5,000 for New York Life walkathon awarded
Purchase donor banner
Contact local businesses to see if they want to sponsor travel teams with logo on uniform or banner at
the fields
VICE PRESIDENT’S REPORT- Jason Katrencik
Waiting on Riveters schedule
Spring pictures set for April 11th, rain date April 18th
Press Express scheduled for April 18th
Spring season- start practice March 9th weather permitting, 1st in-house game March 28th
REGISTRAR’S Report – Cindy Henke
February 1st deadline for early March practice start date
$20 late fee
VII. TREASURER’S REPORT-Traci McHenry
Financial statements from December 2025/January 2026 were reviewed, Vico Innocenti approved
Taxes submitted
*As always, the books are available upon request to anyone in the league for review at any time, as are
the audit reports.

Follow up with senior spotlights
Promote game day schedules for both inhouse and travel

Reach out to truvalue to see if they would sponsor trashcans
Proposed purchase of viewing bleachers

Kona Ice booked for every Saturday except March 28th and May 30th
