Assistant Coaches:
Assistant Coaches work with their Head Coach and umpires to enforce rules and create a positive team environment. Their responsibilities include:
• Assisting with team development: Helping players improve skills and develop traits like honesty, respect, and responsibility.
• Assist with team participation: Assist managing practices and games, and team Volunteers during the season.
• On occasion stepping up to temporary Head coach if teams Head Coach become unavailble for games or pratices.
• Team knowledge: Staying informed on league and district rules by attending clinics and reviewing the Official Regulations.
