HEAD COACH:
Coaches work with umpires to help enforce rules and create a positive team environment. Their responsibilities include:
• Team development: Helping players improve skills and develop traits like honesty, respect, and responsibility.
• Team participation: Managing practices and games, and directing team parents and Volunteers during the season.
• Team knowledge: Staying informed on league and district rules by attending clinics and reviewing the Official Regulations.
