DIRECTOR OF FIELD SCHEDULING 

Job Summary:

The Director of Field Scheduling will oversee the scheduling of baseball fields for our teams. This role requires a strong attention to details, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement scheduling strategies to optimize field usage.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of field assignments.

• Manage and resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with field personnel, coaches, and stakeholders.

DIRECTOR OF FIELDS & EQUIPMENT

Job Summary:

The Director of Fields & Equpment will oversee the league's physical assets (Equipment & Fields) and lead Capital Improvement Projects. This role requires a strong leadership and stewardship skills, excellent communication, lifting and labor, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

•Maintain and Inventory Equipment twice a year 

•Pack and Distribute Team Equipment prior to the Spring & Fall Season 

•Replace equipment as needed within a defined budget 

•Identify Field Improvement Projects and work with new and existing volunteers and City of Woodstock Departments to bring these projects into existence.

EVP OF UMPIRES

Job Summary:

The EVP of Umpires will oversee the league's Youth Umpire Program and support our Adult Umpires.  This role includes providing off-season training, handling Payroll Invoicing, and maintaining an Umpire Schedule. This role requires a strong leadership, excellent communication, attention to detail, a strong understanding of the rules of Baseball, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

•Recruit and Train New Umpires

•Handle Payroll Invoicing twice a Month 

•Provide Off-Season Training 

•Maintain an Umpire Schedule

DIRECTOR OF PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

Job Summary:

The Director of Player Development will oversee our Summer Sandlot Days, Off-Season Open Gyms, & create in-season training opportunities for our Players.  This role includes recruiting Volunteers & Paid Instructors, promoting our Player Development Opportunities, and providing strong communication.  This role requires a strong leadership, excellent communication, attention to detail, a strong understanding of baseball skills, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

•Oversee Summer Sandlot Days including recruiting volunteers, securing fields, and promoting to our players

•Overseeing Off-Season Open Gyms including Speed & Agility by hiring paid instructors, securing indoor space, and promoting to our players

•Developing In-Season Training Opportunities
