PRESIDENT Will McKay 815-451-9956	Will initially joined the board in 2009, having first been elected President in 2012.  Prior to his service to Woodstock Little League, Will was heavily involved in Cub/Boy Scouts and earned his rank of Eagle in 2006. Will is mission driven and drives the league to provide an "All-Star caliber" experience to each player and family.
EVP - PROGRAM & PLAYER AGENT  Ashlee Lorenzo 701-340-0249	Ashlee joined the board going into the 2022 season. In the role as Player Agent, Ashlee coordinates registration and is responsible for each player's safe experience with WLL/Heat. Ashlee is a long life resident of McHenry County and played softball in High School.
EVP - BUILDINGS & GROUNDS Brian Powers  815-353-9328	Brian Powers joined the board heading into the 2021 season. Brian has served as a Division VP and Sponsorship Director, and played Woodstock Little League while his father was President of the League. In this role Brian supports our partnership with the City of Woodstock, fields, equipment, and other related items.
EVP - BUSINESS OPERATIONS Colleen Siambanis 630-779-3548	Colleen joined the board going into the 2023 season. In the role as EVP - Business Operations, Colleen supports our finance, registration, marketing, fundraising, and administration areas. Colleen has 3 players in our league.
TREASURER Marcus Koronkiewicz 262-349-3903	Marcus first joined the board as a Division VP in 2020 transitioning into our Treasurer role after that season. Marcus earned his bachelor's in business administration from Carrol University and pulls upon that and his Chartered Financial Analyst certification to provide financial leadership to Woodstock Little League and Woodstock Heat.

PROGRAM STAFF 
Our Program Staff coordinates the game and practice schedule for their assigned division, communicates info from the Board to Coaches and Managers, and helps resolve any manager/parent concerns in their respective program.

Ashley is our Little League leader. In this role she is responsible for Gameday/On-Field Operations including recruiting Coaches, setting the Game & Practice Schedule, and ensuring a quality experience for all of our Little League Players players.  Ashley also works with the Board to grow and support the Little League program ensuring its continued success.	Alison is our Challenger Division leader. In this role she is responsible for Gameday/On-Field Operations including recruiting Coaches and Buddies, setting the Game & Practice Schedule, and ensuring a quality experience for all of our Challenger Division players. Alison also works with the Board to grow and support the Challenger Division ensuring its continued success.	Adam is our Minors Division leader. In this role he is responsible for Gameday/On-Field Operations including recruiting Coaches, setting the Game & Practice Schedule, and ensuring a quality experience for all of our Minors Division players.	In this role Jamie serves as our liaison with McHenry County Youth Sports Association and coordinates our Homestay effort finding host families for International Baseball Players. Jamie also coordinates Community Service Projects and our annual Boomers Game outing.

Mike Kozlow serves as an Advisor for our Woodstock Heat Travel Program. Mike previously served as Sponsorship Director & VP - Woodstock Heat. Mike a terrific advocate for our players and teams.

In this role Joe manages our sheds at Merryman & Sullivan, manages our equipment, and serves as a leader on our Field Improvement Projects.	In this role Jose ensures the safe Playing Experience for each of our players. Jose serves as a liaison between our families and insurance companies, and also coordinates Safety Training for our Coaches. In addition, Jose manages the supply of our first aid kits and submission of our annual Safety Plan to Little League International.	In this role Mike serves as our connection with local businesses & donors. Mike coordinates the printing/display of banners, assigns Spring/Fall Team Sponsors, and finds other ways for local businesses to be supportive of our program.	In this role Candy coordinates Uniform orders and distribution for our Heat & Little League players including Fall Ball. She also coordinates the Spirit Wear program for both Woodstock Heat & Woodstock Little League.

In this role Danielle promotes registration, handles general league marketing, and runs various fundraisers including Candy Sales, the Heat Bowling Fundraiser, & Lou Malnati's Pizza Coupons. She also coordinates our Social Media platforms including Facebook, SnapChat, & LinkedIn	In this role Carly coordinates Uniform orders and distribution for our Heat & Little League players including Fall Ball. She also coordinates the Spirit Wear program for both Woodstock Heat & Woodstock Little League.	In this role Jen coordinates Field Reservations for our Heat & Little League players including Fall Ball. She also tracks Online Training for our Volunteers and oversees the purchasing of insurance.
