Prior to his service to Woodstock Little League, Will was heavily involved in Cub/Boy Scouts and earned his rank of Eagle in 2006. Will is mission driven and drives the league to provide an "All-Star caliber" experience to each player and family. |

| Brian Powers joined the board heading into the 2021 season. Brian has served as a Division VP and Sponsorship Director, and played Woodstock Little League while his father was President of the League. In this role Brian supports our partnership with the City of Woodstock, fields, equipment, and general Program Operations. |

| Marcus first joined the board as a Division VP in 2020 transitioning into our Treasurer role after that season. Marcus earned his bachelor's in business administration from Carrol University and pulls upon that and his Chartered Financial Analyst certification to provide financial leadership to Woodstock Little League and Woodstock Heat.

| Ashlee joined the board going into the 2022 season. In the role as Player Agent, Ashlee coordinates registration and is responsible for each player's safe experience with WLL/Heat. Ashlee is a long life resident of McHenry County and played softball in High School. |

In this Role Ashley serves as our connection with local businesses & donors. Ashley coordinates the printing/display of banners, assigns Spring/Fall Team Sponsors, and finds other ways for local businesses to be supportive of our program. | In this role Jamie serves as our liaison with McHenry County Youth Sports Association and coordinates our Homestay effort finding host families for International Baseball Players. Jamie also coordinates Community Service Projects and our annual Boomers Game outing. | In this role Joe manages our sheds at Merryman & Sullivan, manages our equipment, and serves as a leader on our Field Improvement Projects. | In this role Jose ensures the safe Playing Experience for each of our players. Jose serves as a liaison between our families and insurance companies, and also coordinates Safety Training for our Coaches. In addition, Jose manages the supply of our first aid kits and submission of our annual Safety Plan to Little League International. |

In this role Tanya helps resolve Parent Concerns and conducts an annual survey. In addition, she coordinates our Spring & Fall Team Picture Day, our participation in the Memorial Day Parade, and runs our Home Run Derby during Day in the Park. She also works with our Player Agent to get together documentation for our annual participation in Little League Allstars | In this role Candy coordinates Uniform orders and distribution for our Heat & Little League players including Fall Ball. She also coordinates the Spirit Wear program for both Woodstock Heat & Woodstock Little League. | | |
