2024 Winter Camp

2024 Winter Skills and Leadership Camp

Camp will take place beginning November 21st through January 30th.

Athletes will receive pre and post assessments, as well as fundamental skill development, social and emotional learning and leadership development.

What to expect?

Developing knowledge of the game of football.
Enhancing skills that include footwork, ball catching, route running, backpedaling, ball carrying, tackling, blocking and flag pulling,
Improving the fundamentals of running mechanics that includes: agility, balance, core and speed.
This camp will be broken up into two phases of the game offense and defense.
Athletes will receive lunch daily to conclude their workouts.

Camp will take place at Bowling Green High School on November 21st, December 5th, December 12th, January 2nd - January30th.

Participants are expected to bring athletic clothes including warm gear for outside activities and athletic shoes for indoors/outdoor activities.
