2025 Winter Skills and Leadership Camp

2025 Winter Skills and Leadership Camp

Athletes will receive pre and post assessments, as well as fundamental skill development, social and emotional learning and leadership development.

What to expect?
  • Developing knowledge of the game of football.
  • Enhancing skills that include footwork, ball catching, route running, backpedaling, ball carrying and flag pulling,
  • Improving the fundamentals of running mechanics that includes agility, balance, core and speed.
  • This camp will be broken up into two phases of the game offense and defense.
  • Athletes will receive lunch daily to conclude their workouts.

Participants are expected to bring athletic clothes including warm gear for outside activities and athletic shoes for indoors/outdoor activities.
