The Tyreon Clark Scholarship
Bowling Green Youth Flag Football

The Tyreon Clark Scholarship was established to ensure every child has the opportunity to participate in youth flag football, regardless of financial circumstances.

Founded in 2017 by BGYFFL President Tyreon Clark, this scholarship helps offset league registration costs for families who may be unable to pay the full fee at the time of registration. The program reflects Clark’s long-standing commitment to access, inclusion, and youth development through sport.

Clark’s broader mission is to provide every youth in our state and across the world with the opportunity to play flag football. Locally, that mission is simply stated as:
“Every Kid Plays - Bowling Green Youth Flag Football.”

Scholarship Considerations
Scholarships are reviewed based on demonstrated need and a parent or guardian’s willingness to support the league through volunteering and service. Additional factors may be considered and are not limited solely to volunteer participation.
