1. Terms of Agreement:

A. I agree to return the shell top, skirt, and body liner on the designated return date.

B. I understand that if my uniform is lost, stolen, or damaged during the season I agree to pay for the replacement. ($280.00)

C. I understand that if my uniform is lost, stolen, or damaged during the season, and the Cheer Coordinator has an extra, I am responsible for returning this extra garment in addition to paying for a replacement.

D. I understand that if my uniform is lost, stolen, or damaged during the season, and there are remaining events to attend, that a replacement will be attempted to order, and I will have to pay a $50 rush fee in addition to the replacement cost. If the uniform cannot come in time, my cheerleader will not be able to participate in the remaining events. 

E. I agree to follow the Care Instructions that are detailed below:

• I will turn the uniform inside out and wash on delicate cycle ONLY.

• I will not use hot water when washing the uniform. 

• I will NOT put my uniform in the Dryer. (HANG dry ONLY)

• I will properly store the uniform when not in use.
