Registration for football ages 5-13 and cheer ages 3-13 is now open!

Football Uniform Fitting for Custom Jerseys 5/13 & 6/24 (must attend one for custom jersey)
Cheer Uniform Fitting 6/24 or 7/22 (must attend one)
Season Deadline 7/15

To register for the season please follow the instructions below.

❗Before your child can practice on 7/15/25

Documents to be uploaded-
ALL parents must upload a printed copy of their player's report card for the entire 2024-2025 school year (must include all four quarters and cannot be a screen shot) into their Blue Sombrero account.
ALL parents must upload an updated passport style photo uploaded into their Blue Sombrero account.

Documents to be turned in-
ALL parents must turn in their player's current physical completed by a physician on the Pop Warner physical form. Click here for the form.
This form will need to be turned into the compliance board member.   

ALL STEPS MUST BE COMPLETED BY 7/15/25 FOR YOUR CHILD TO PLAY THIS SEASON.
