CAMP PHILOSOPHY AND ORGANIZATION

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CAMP SCHEDULE

*Check In:

All campers should arrive on Thursday afternoon  between 5-5:45 PM Hitchcock Arena to check into camp and get settled on dorm.  IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WE HAVE EVERYONE THROUGH CHECK IN BY 5:45AM SO WE CAN START THE CAMP WELCOME AT 6:15 on Thursday.

We will have a Certified Athletic Trainer on Staff for the week that will be able to answer any questions or help in any way they can during the week.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CAMP

Camp Discount Available

We are only able to offer our Sibling Discount for our day camps -  Every player after the first child to register can get a $20 discount.  The discount will automatically be applied if both sisters are attending the same camp and same week.  If they are attending a different camp or week a $20.00 refund will be put credited back to  your credit card once charges have cleared.

Due to NCAA guidelines we are not allowed to give scholarships for athletes to attend camp.  We are limited to the above discounts that are available to all campers who it applies.

Do I have to pay in full or can I submit a deposit?
All camps will have payment options* available to you:
1) Full Payment:  Pay in full at time of online registration with credit card.
2) Deposit (Day, Res, and Little Falcons Camp Only):  Pay a nonrefundable deposit** at time of registration with credit card and remaining balance will be charged to your credit card on June 1st.
3) Installment Plan (Day and Res Camp Only):  Pay a nonrefundable deposit** at time of online registration with a credit card and your credit card will be charged on subsequent dates with the final amount charged on June 1st.  You will be charged for any dates that have come and gone before the date of online registration. Please note--our website vendor charges a $3 service fee for every transaction.

*These options will be made available to you when payment is required at the end of the online registration process.
**Nonrefundable Deposits:  $15.00

Our website vendor has a $3 service fee for every transaction which accounts for the following:
        --$3 to pay in full, $6 to pay a deposit and remaining balance, and $9 to pay three installments. 
        --If you sign up multiple campers at the same time you only pay the one $3 service fee per transaction.

Will I receive a confirmation e-mail?
Immediately after you sign up for camp you will receive a confirmation e-mail and receipt.

Can I print off a Registration Form and pay with a check?
No, the online registration is the only way to sign up for camp.
