 How do I register?
Click on any of the "Register Now" buttons and sign up online.

When does Registration Open?
Registration is live starting January 1st of each year.


Is there a Registration Deadline?

We accept registrations until the camp is full--as camps begin to fill you will see the number of spots available.  Camps fill quickly so we would encourage you to register early.  

What are your COVID-19 Policies?
COVID-19 policies for day and overnight camps will be published AS SOON AS i RECEIVE FROM THE UNIVERSITY RISK TEAM.  Policies will be subject to change based on changes on CDC and institutional recommendations.

Do I have to pay in full or can I submit a deposit?
All camps will have payment options* available to you:
1) Full Payment:  Pay in full at time of online registration with credit card.
2) Deposit (Day, Res, and Little Falcons Camp Only):  Pay a nonrefundable deposit** at time of registration with credit card and remaining balance will be charged to your credit card on June 1st.
3) Installment Plan (Day and Res Camp Only):  Pay a nonrefundable deposit** at time of online registration with a credit card and your credit card will be charged on subsequent dates with the final amount charged on June 1st.  You will be charged for any dates that have come and gone before the date of online registration. Please note--our website vendor charges a $3 service fee for every transaction.

*These options will be made available to you when payment is required at the end of the online registration process.
**Nonrefundable Deposits:  $15.00

Our website vendor has a $3 service fee for every transaction which accounts for the following:
        --$3 to pay in full, $6 to pay a deposit and remaining balance, and $9 to pay three installments. 
        --If you sign up multiple campers at the same time you only pay the one $3 service fee per transaction.


Will I receive a confirmation e-mail?
Immediately after you sign up for camp you will receive a confirmation e-mail and receipt.

Can I print off a Registration Form and pay with a check?
No, the online registration is the only way to sign up for camp.

What is your refund policy?
If in the event you are unable to attend camp, you will receive a refund as defined below. Please understand that this policy is not intended to be an aggravation or nuisance, but is necessary in order for us to provide a high level camp experience.  When possible refunds will be placed back on the original credit card used to register.  If the registration occurred over 120 days earlier then the refund will come in the form of a check.

• Cancellation notice must be submitted in writing via e-mail to [email protected]
• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the start of camp will be provided a full refund minus the nonrefundable deposit*.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of camp will be provided a partial refund.  If applicable, provide any physician's written verification regarding an injury.

• No refunds will be provided for expulsion from camp.
• The amount of a partial refund is dependent upon a number of factors and can vary.

2023 Skill Academy Only How does the Sibling Discounts work?

* We can not apply discounts after you complete online registration and payment! A $20 Sibling Discounts is available to the 2nd sibling after the first registered child from the same household.  

2023 - Is there a deadline to register for camp?

Camp registration will remain open online until we reach capacity.  We will start a waiting list at that time.  We ask all campers to register as early as possible, this allows us to do a great job in planning, organizing the camp, as well as, hiring staff.  THANK YOU!

What to bring

Need water bottle and mask (as of January 15th, 2022) Lite snack- Mask protocols will be established in the spring.

What time can we drop off?

Registration and Covid-19 Protocols will be communicated as we get closer to camp Morning Session Starts at 9:00 Morning Session drop off begins at 8:30 

General

Are parents allowed to attend and observe camp?

Yes, but please be respectful of the staff

Summer - My daughter is allergic to Peanuts. Can he have a specialized diet?

Yes.  Our Dining Hall staff can prepare special meals.  Please contact us and we can put you in touch with our dining hall.

Will the pool be open during camp?

No.  The pool will not be available for the our camp.  We will be in gym the entire time

 Will there be a trainer available at camp?

Yes, There will be a certified trainer on staff

Team Camp - Are there refrigerators in the dorm rooms?

No there are no refrigerators available in the dorm rooms.  Cold drinks will be available from the camp store in the evenings.

Team Camp - Do the dorms have air conditioning?

Yes.  In fact all buildings on campus are air conditioned including the gyms and dining hall!

Team Camp - Do we need Sheets, Pillow…etc.. ?
you must bring your own linens for a single bed

 

Team Camp  - How many campers are there to a room?

We have 3 different room configurations; 2 bed, 3 bed, and 4 bed rooms.  The 3 and 4 bed rooms are very limited so we encourage campers to pair up for rooming assignments as much as possible.  Rooms will be assigned on a “first registered gets priority” basis.
