The league must have a copy of each participant's birth certificate, school enrollment form/residency requirements, parent and player code of conduct, photo/video release and medical release form each year BEFORE participating in any league activities (practice/games) - You will upload and/or accept the waiver during the registration process. In addition, if you plan to volunteer for the league in any capacity (head coach, assistant coach, umpire, team parent, concessions, scoreboard operator, etc.), your account must be updated with your volunteer information.
