Why Some Players Are Moved Up

Overview: Some 8-year-olds move to Minors and some 10-year-olds to Majors each year, depending on division needs.

Skills Assessment: Conducted annually. Evaluators grade players, and higher scores increase chances of being moved up.

Parent Requests: Considered but not guaranteed. Final placement is based on the league's discretion.

Note: Not being moved up is perfectly normal. We encourage a supportive attitude toward all players and volunteers.
