Why Some Players Are Moved Up
Overview: Some 8-year-olds move to Minors and some 10-year-olds to Majors each year, depending on division needs.
Skills Assessment: Evaluations take place each year to help place players in the most appropriate division. Players who score higher may be considered for placement in an upper division.
Parent Requests: Considered but not guaranteed. Final placement is based on the league's discretion.
Note: Please remember that this is a youth league centered on growth and fun. Division placement is not a measure of a player’s value or future success. We appreciate respectful and supportive behavior toward players and volunteers.
