Transition to A and B Teams in Mason Youth Football

After careful consideration and collaboration with the Greater Cincinnati Youth Football League (GCYFL), we have decided to implement A and B teams across all age groups within our program. This decision aligns with the scheduling and guidance provided by the GCYFL and is aimed at enhancing the overall experience for our players and families.

The introduction of A and B teams to MYF serves several important purposes:
1. Competitive Balance: By organizing teams into A and B divisions, we aim to ensure that players are competing against opponents of similar skill levels, creating a fair and balanced playing field.
2. Developmental Opportunities: This new structure will provide players with more opportunities for growth and development, as they will be able to compete at a level that best matches their current abilities.
3. Alignment with GCYFL Standards: Adhering to the guidelines set forth by the GCYFL will help us maintain consistency and integrity within our league, while also preparing our players for future competition.

We are confident that these changes will strengthen our program and elevate the level of play within our organization.
