To complete the Kidsafe Background Check  - I'm including the Kidsafe instructions.  If you have any problems you can call the Affinity Help Desk at 1-855-703-2564.  Once your background check is complete I will get an email letting me know.

Make sure the page has OLD DOMINION SOCCER CLUB - 01 on the top left.

Click the REGISTRATION button at the top right to begin.

Choose Coach/Admin Registration box and click CREATE NEW ACCOUNT

NOTE: if the system tells you that you have an account already then find your existing account by entering your email you used last fall and choose FORGOT PASSWORD

Fill in all the required fields (*) then hit the SAVE & CONTINUE button

On the ACCOUNT PRIMARY CONTACT page DO NOT add any family members (this will corrupt the player upload for the club).  Just hit the CONTINUE button.  On the next page hit the COACH/ADMIN button.  Then click on the DO NOT HAVE ASSIGNMENT CODE button.

On the SELECT PLAY LEVEL page choose VSLI.  Fill in applicable fields .....years of coaching experience, license # (type of license, i.e. F, E, D, etc).  Check all the positions that you will be helping with (asst coach, head coach, etc).  Fill in ID INFORMATION (drivers license) and ASSOCIATION ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.  Click SAVE & NEXT PAGE

On the ACCEPT ELA page read and check acceptance on all 3 items. Click the AGREE & CONTINUE button.

On the REGISTRATION FEE page click NO PAYMENT DUE, CONTINUE.  On the PRINT FORM page hit the SUBMIT BACKGROUND CHECK button,  On the Background Checking page enter your SS# and click on Submit BGC..

Click OK on the system generated alert.
