RECREATION PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
The SVU Recreation programs are offered in the Fall and Spring and provides the opportunity for young players to develop basic soccer skills and teamwork in a stress-free and fun environment. SVU is a long-time advocate of small-sided games, which promote player development across all age groups.
The Recreation program season consists of one (1) practice session during the week and one (1) game on Saturday (7 games guaranteed) over eight (8) weeks each in both the Fall and the Spring. Practices are held in 4 areas on the city/county. Players have the choice to be on a team in any high school district as it does not need to be the same area of residence. All games are played at Monger Park.
The Recreation program is coordinated by SVU staff, but relies heavily on volunteers to keep costs down for all. Volunteers are needed to oversee age divisions and prepare schedules, coach (head and assistant), support parent and other game day roles. As you register your child, please consider a role that would be right for you.

PRICES:
$75.00 for all U5-U8 Coed/Girls Divisions
$90.00 For all U9-U14 Coed/Girls Divisions
*This does not include the Jersey fee ($24.00).
