UGYBA Website/Registration Instructions

 

1.  The UGYBA website is mainly just a registration tool.  Your main source of information is located on the UGYBA Facebook page.  The website does however contain some information as it becomes available each season.  It is recommended you browse around the site before you register.  Some of the features may yet need to be updated.  The website is located at https://clubs.bluesombrero.com/ugyba

2.  Please NOTE BEFORE you register:  As of the 2023 season we will be using a grade based system.  PLEASE look for your player’s grade level in the description when registering for a league.  You may be offered multiple options, including programs for other grades … be sure to register for the correct league.  The grade you are looking for is your player’s current grade right now.

3.  Once ready to register, Click the link “Register for the 2023 Season Now” or the link “Register for Beginner Winter Baseball Camps” or “Register for Minor League Pitching Camps” depending on which program you are trying to register for.

4.  There will be a description of the program and camps as a whole with descriptions of each of the camps and league levels we offer.  Click Register now for the camp or league level you wish to register for.

5.  You will be taken to a separate Sports Connect page to login to your existing account or create a new account. 
For new family accounts, follow the steps within the Sports Connect registration process, starting with primary parent/guardian info.  Next is new participant(s) information (picture not required) – to enter multiple participants click the + New Participant button on the bottom.

6.  Participants will have different leagues/camps/programs available to them depending on eligibility – again be sure to pick the program that matches up with your participants current grade.  For each family player, select the program you would like to register the player for and hit continue.

7.  Answer all the questions related to the program you chose for each player.

8.  After player(s) program questions have been answered, review your selections and click continue.

9.  Enter payment information and continue.

10.  Again review order and submit payment.  You will be taken to a generic account page.

11.  At any point before confirming payment you may click back to my account in the top left to suspend your registration.  At that point you will be taken to a generic account page.

12.  Once at the generic account page you can see account details, see participant(s) info, review placed orders, etc.  At this point we are not using any of the other functions on this account page i.e.: calendar, volunteer roles, messages. 

13.  Once done reviewing the generic account page, click home on the bottom left to return to the UGYBA Website Page.

14.  If you submitted payment for a league you will receive an email with important information and a receipt.
