CFSC boasts the region's most accredited and experienced coaching staff that hold more US Soccer Federation National "A", "B" and "C" licenses than anyone in the region. We staff 10 full-time Directors at the club in order to provide the CFSC families with exceptional soccer development. In addition, we staff NCAA D1, D2 & D3 collegiate coaches at the U15-U19 levels to aid in our player development model and collegiate placement.

Cleveland Force Soccer Club's outdoor training locations are on the East side at Lost Nation Sports Park in Willoughby and on the West side at the Cleveland United Complex in North Ridgeville.
Our indoor training venues are located:
- East locations Eastlake (Force Sports) and Willoughby (Lost Nation Sports Park).
- Central locations at Bedford Heights (Force Sports), Downtown Cleveland (CSU), Fairlawn (Force Sports), and Warrensville Heights (Force Sports).
- West locations at Avon (T3), Rocky River (Force Sports), and Westlake (Force Sports).
The training facilities are arguably some of the best Northeast Ohio has to offer. The facilities boast professional grade outdoor natural grass fields and indoor fields that are state of the art.
