The Cleveland Force Soccer Club is comprised of the former CSA Impact, Cleveland United, and Internationals Boys Soccer
Clubs who have all come to together under the CFSC banner. Club Founders Ali Kazemaini, Joe Raduka, Marko Raduka,
and George Nanchoff continue to play integral roles within club operations.
A minimum of 3 games are guaranteed.
All games will be played in accordance with FIFA Laws, except as modified by Tournament Rules.
Premier & Division 1 Options offered for Boys U9 through U19
U9 - U12 will play 6v6 (5 + Keeper)
U13 - U19 will play 7v7 (6 + Keeper on larger fields)
U9-U19: $550.00 per team
In compliance with the USYSA Youth Soccer Tournament & US Club Soccer Hosting Agreements, it is mandatory that
medical authorizations for each player be presented at Registration and retained at the field by the team.
No player may play without a valid medical release under penalty of forfeiture of the game played in.
These medical release forms do not need to be notarized.
The Cleveland Force Soccer Club utilizes online registrations for all of its tournaments.
*All Entry Fees must be submitted by January 14, 2022 to guarantee consideration. All late applications will be put on a
wait list for review. Upon acceptance, the fee is non-refundable. If your team is accepted and later withdraws, the entry fee
is non-refundable and sanctions will be placed against your team/club for future participation in Cleveland Force SC Events.

Visa or Mastercard Credit Card Payments can be made online through the registration system. All Check or Money Order
entries must be postmarked by January 14, 2022 and should be made payable to Cleveland Force Soccer Club. All entry
fees received through check or money order are deposited immediately and refunded within 2 weeks of non-acceptance.
Teams must include with your entry fee your teams “certificate of entry” or copy of e-mail entry confirmation.
