3rd Annual Strikeout Kancer

Families, coaches and board members,

You continue to impress us this season, as we continue to have bumps in the road through society events or a rain out, time and time again you come through.

Congratulations to Nicole Agnello and Tami Boyle, who won our two raffle Prize Packs for the 5/14 Survivor Fund! We sold 115 tickets, so $1,150 will go directly to the Survivors Fund! Thank YOU for all your support.

Our last community program of the season and our biggest success the past few years is our 3rd Annual Strikeout Kancer at the Ballpark event. This week, we have added a new spin of selling t-shirts with the logo you may have seen at the park this weekend. It will be available in blue with pink lettering or pink with blue lettering, a picture of the blue mock-up is below. We have limit quantities of shirts with the logo on it for $20, this shirts proceeds go directly to the Ride for Roswell. All of the proceeds in our event Saturday which includes a dunk tank and basket raffle will also go to the Ride for Roswell.

Shirts will be able to be purchased using credit/debit card at the snack stand all this week, but on Saturday for our main event the basket raffle items and dunk tank will be cash only, so please plan ahead or in advance, We will work on maybe another option, but it deals with how many workers we have this Saturday. If you have interest in helping Volunteer at the raffle table, at the dunk tank or in the dunk tank, please let us know early in the week so we can plan it out. We can try and run a 50/50 if we have enough volunteers to do so, but we will have to wait and see. Please contact, Michael Kwiatkowski if interested.

All basket raffle and dunk tank collections go directly to the Ride for Roswell. Three great ways to help a great cause. I know many coaches and teams began discussing basket donations. Those can be brought to the stand Monday-Thursday this week for labeling purposes on Friday night. If for some reason you would be bringing the day of the event, please contact Mike so we can have a spot reserved for your item. We had over 50 baskets last year and cannot thank you enough in advance for your help. If individuals also wanted to donate a basket or know someone who does, please follow the same drop off process.
