Registration is open!!
Open gyms for competitive team players (9u-14u) will begin Feb 18th, , in the Barn. 9u-10u players will be from 10:00-12:00 and 12u -14u will be from 12:00 – 2:00. Please note, players must be registered to participate in open gym activities.
Evaluations for the 9u&10u players will happen progressively through the open gym activities. Please note, if there are kids who need evaluated and are not able to make it to an open gym we will make an accommodations.
Evaluations for 12u-14u players will happen on March 16th.
Players for the 11/12 team check in at 10:45, should be done by 1:00.
Players for the 13/14 teams check in at 11:45, should be done by 2:00
We do not evaluate at the T-ball or Junior Minor levels, more information on these leagues coming in March!
Please have your player wear sweats or baseball pants, tennis shoes, and bring a sweatshirt, helmet, baseball glove, and water.

Gear Swap - If you have any gear that your kids have outgrown or is no longer using, we are accepting used baseball gear in good condition. Items must be free of holes, tears, large stains, etc. Please clean all items prior to donation. We will have a table at all open gyms and during evaluations, if you player needs pants, gloves, cleats, etc. please feel free to stop by and see what we have available. If you are wanting to donate gear, please drop off the items during these times or contact us at [email protected] to make other arrangements. All bats will be inspected to make sure they are useable for the upcoming season and used as team bats for use during games and practices. All leftover gear will be donated to the program, saved for the next season, or donated to other charity organizations. Please do not take gear with the intent of resale. We are unfortunately unable to accept helmets due to safety concerns.
Parent Meeting – We will be having a parent meeting TBD. If you have any questions about this upcoming season, please email us at [email protected] so we can make sure that all of them are answered and your concerns are addressed. We will also be asking the president of the local Cal Ripken/Babe Ruth program to attend to help answer questions and to talk about the upcoming season. We will post on Facebook and send out an email once we finalize the date and location.
Fundraiser – SAVE THE DATE! There will be a bingo night on Apil 13th. More information to come. If you are interested in donating items for prizes, raffle items, or auction items, please contact our Sponsorship/Fundraising Chair, Michaelle Bernards at [email protected]
Field Day – We will be having our Field Clean-Up Day on Saturday, April 13th starting at 9:00am at Sunset Park and the Jr. High Field for upper levels, T-ball and Junior Minors will meet at Roy and the Middle School (more information to come on all this soon). Please check in at the snack shack and report to your teams field. We will be looking to pressure wash the dugouts, pick up leaves and debris, repair dugouts, backstops, bleachers, and other clean up. Crossing our fingers for little to no rain.
Banks Tournaments – Banks will be hosting at least 4 tournaments this year and we would love your help in the snack shack, umpiring, and with field prep. Please watch your email and our Facebook for volunteer opportunities. We would also love to get as many Banks fans to the fields to enjoy a burger or hot dog and to cheer on our Banks Braves.
