Banks Summer Baseball (BSA) depends on the volunteerism of our members and it is critical that we all share in the commitment to the success of our association.
BSA requests each family fulfill a certain number of volunteer hours each year as defined by the BSA Board. This volunteer requirement is necessary for the Association to function. It is the BSA Board’s responsibility to ensure that volunteer opportunities exist to enable each family to fulfill their obligation.
The requirement is 2 hours per player of approved volunteer hours.

What if my family works more hours, can we carry them over to next season?
No, hours cannot be carried over.
What if my family doesn’t complete the required volunteer hours?
If volunteer hours are not fulfilled, a fee will be assessed to support league operations.
Please note: if the percentage of members choosing NOT to volunteer vs. members volunteering is higher there will be adverse consequences that we hope we never have to encounter.
