This page will hold resources for PSA's coaches. 

• Game Day/Time Change Request Form - This form is when you need to change a day/time of a scheduled home game.
  
  
• Check Request Form - This is the form you will use to submit a check request to our treasurer. Once you fill out the form you then need to submit it into the treasurer's channel inside of Slack.
  
  
• Safe Sport - This is a free online training that anyone working with the kids (coaches, assistant coach, team manger, etc) must complete before they can be on the fields.  This needs to be renewed every year but the renewal process is much quicker than that first time taking the training.
  
  
• Concussion Training - all coaches must complete the training before they will be approved to be a coach.
  
  
• YouthSoccer101.com - This is a free service that will provide training/practice ideas base on age group.
  
  
• Referee Issue - This is a Google form that our travel coaches can use if they have an issue with referee(s) during a game.
  
  
• Using GotSport - This is a Google document to try and help coaches use the new GotSport
