Q. When are practices and/or games?
A. There are two practice days a week. The days/times are up to the coaches.
Our clinic program (3 and 4 years olds) will have limited games a season
Division I (5 and 6 years old) have weekly games on Sunday
Division II (7 and 8 years old) and Division III/IV (9 to 13 years old) have weekly games on Sunday
Q. Where are pratices/games held?
A. All pratices and games are held at the Little Egg Harbor Sport Complex. The complex is located off of 539, right across the street from Wawa.
Q. What should my child have for practices/games?
A. All players should have the following:
* Age appropriate soccer ball with their name written on it
* Water/Sport drink bottle with their name written on it
* Cleats or sneakers
* Shin guards
* Socks over their shin guards
* PSA issued jerseys are to be worn during all games.
- Your coach should inform you what color you should wear but PSA strongly recommends you to bring both jerseys
* Weather appropriate clothing
- Players are not allow to wear anything with a hood on it
- Players are not allow to wear jeans
- Player are not allowed to wear hats that have a brim on it
* Earrings, Necklaces, Bracelets (including hair ties around the wrist), Watches, Ankle Bracelets, and any other type of jewelry need to be removed before practices and games
Q. Does my child need to purchase jerseys each season?
A. To help keep cost down PSA has gone to the green/white jersey system. This allow you to keep the same green/white jerseys for multiple season which means you do not need to purchase new ones each season. Now if the jersey(s) does not fit or you need replacements, the system allows for the purchase of a new set.
Q. What size soccer ball is an age appropriate for my child?
A. Clinic (ages 3 and 4) - Size 3
Divison I (ages 5 and 6) - Size 3
Divison II (ages 7 and 8) - Size 4
Divison III/IV (ages 9 to 13) - Size 4
