Spring 2022 Season Recreational Program Refund Policy:

Once a participant has been registered by a parent/guardian, no refund of the fees paid will be issued with the exception of a mandated shutdown of activities due to a Covid-19 or similar pandemic. If there is a mandated shutdown of activities, the following amended policy will apply:

1. In the event that less than 75% of the season is completed due to a mandated shutdown of activities, a pro-rated refund will be issued minus a 25% administrative fee.

2. If 75% or more of the season is completed no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances.
