NEP Fall 2025 Baseball & Softball

2025 Fall Season Things to Remember

-Online Registration is open 7/1/25-7/16 for early bird registration.
-Regular registration is open from 7/17/25-7/31/25
-Draft dates for Baseball - 8/2 (Times will be published on our Facebook page for each division)
-There will be NO draft for Softball
-Practices will start 8/4/25
-The season will run 9/8/25-10/28
-We will be playing an end of fall season tournament 11/1-11/2 at NEP
-Freeze forms are due by 6/27
-Fall teams can have all players frozen
*If your child is not frozen, they will need to attend the draft and if they are unable to attend the draft they will STILL be assigned to a team*

Things to Remember:
  • Wee ball (Ages 3-4; we recommend that if your child has not played before it is best to have them play wee ball first)
  • 4 year-olds can only play t-ball if they are frozen to a team
  • Game start times will vary depending on league but can vary between 5:30 and 7:30
  • Practice schedules and game schedules are unknown until we know how many teams/players/coaches are in each division

  • Draft day (if you are not frozen to a team) **Please follow our FB page for most up to date information**
  • Once teams are assigned, coaches will contact you

What do registration fees pay for ?

Registration fees do not include the cost of the uniform. Uniform costs are at the Coach's discretion, typically $50 - $100.

The fees paid for registration go to paying for:
Electric bill (those lights are expensive, especially when they get left on all night)
Umpires 
Grounds crew
Park upgrades
Facility cleanliness (restrooms, trash pickup)
All supplies used to maintain the ball fields, (tractors used to drag the fields, chalk and paint, clay, etc.)
Dumpster pick up
Water & sewer usage
Maintenance of soft toss areas and batting cages (netting, etc.)
Field improvements
Safety Fee (Background checks for all coaching staff)
