Dear Auburn Youth Basketball Families,

Preparations are underway for our upcoming Winter 2024-2025 basketball season.
We will offer the recreation basketball league for Pre-K through Grade 12. Registration will remain open until October 18 at midnight.  Pre-K will be coed and will be 45 minutes on Saturday mornings. Sessions will be skills based and cost $120.00. Kindergarten division will be coed and played on Saturdays which will be an hour long and include a skills session and a scrimmage. 1st and 2nd Grade divisions will have a girl's division and a boy's division.  The cost for this group is $120.00. Girls will be divided into two smaller age groups: Grades 3-5 and grades 6-8. They will have one practice per week and one game. Boys will be divided a little differently to promote growth in all of our players. The boys' divisions will be Grades 3-4, Grades 5-6 and Grades 7-8. They will have a weekly practice and game! Cost of these divisions are $135.00.
New this year we are hoping to have a 9 -12th Grade Girls High School Division with the success of our Boys Grades 9-12 High School division. Their games will play on Friday nights or Saturday afternoons, no practices. The cost will be $120.00.

We WILL be offering competitive Travel Basketball for Grades 3rd-8th. Depending on registrations and coach availability, we hope for at least one team for each grade level for both boys and girls. There will be evaluations in October or early November and practices will begin in November. Players will not be allowed to “play up” and will need to stay within the age range guidelines. The cost of travel basketball this year will be $275.00, which will include Travel League fee, Insurance, referee fees and gym rental fees. We will not be accepting any travel tryout registrations the night of tryouts.
