2024 Chelmsford Pop Warner Football & Cheer Volunteer Application

We're excited about your interest in volunteering with the Chelmsford Pop Warner Football & Cheer team!

Starting Your Application:

- Complete the CORI Authorization:

- Access the 2024 Volunteer CORI Authorization Form to start the process.

- Submit a Copy of Your Driver’s License:
     ~Page 3 of the CORI form includes a section to upload a picture of the front side of your driver's license for verification purposes.

For Aspiring Coaches:

- Express Your Intent:
     ~Email your letter of intent to [email protected].
     ~Mention the specific coaching role you're interested in (e.g., U11 Head Coach, Tiny Mites Assistant Coach).

- Selection Process:
     ~The Athletic Directors will review your letter and the CORI submissions before recommending candidates to the Board of Directors.

Junior Coaches (Football) and Student Demonstrators (Cheer):

- Player Contract Requirement:
     ~Junior Coaches (Football) and, 
     ~Student Demonstrators (Cheer)

To formalize your involvement, it is necessary to have a completed player contract signed by the parent and/or guardian. Kindly ensure this document is filled out and submitted. Access the Player Contract Here.

Position Requirements:

- Head Coach:
     ~Requires a CORI check and a recommendation from the Athletic Director.

- Assistant Coach and Team Parent:
     ~Requires a CORI check.
     ~Appointed by the Head Coach.
