
If you wish to be considered for a Board of Directors position, a nomination must be submitted to our Nominations Committee (Jennifer Gode). Please email Jennifer ([email protected]) stating that you would like your name to be included in the ballot that will be presented at the Annual Meeting on November 15th. You may nominate yourself or someone else for a Director position.
Following the election of the new Board of Directors, elections will take place for Officers. If you wish to be considered for an Officer position, a nomination must be submitted to our Nominations Committee following the above instructions. You may nominate yourself or someone other than yourself for an Officer position.
Generally, board meetings are the 1st Wednesday of every month and begin at 7:00 p.m. Meetings usually run for 60 minutes, depending on the time of year.
Officer positions include President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary.
Volunteer positions include event planning, fundraising, picture day coordinator, and much more. You do not need to be on the TYSC Board to be a volunteer.
