REFUND POLICY
The policy of the BANKS YOUTH FOOTBALL is to issue no refunds after a child has played in a sanctioned game or practice. Prior to playing in a sanctioned game or practice a refund of the registration fee less an administrative handling fee will be issued.
VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT/UNAVAILABILITY FEE POLICY
It takes a village to keep our amazing program running. Our youth board, coaches and families spend many hours volunteering time to keep this program going but additional help is needed We often recruit help from our high school volunteers but they only need so many hours. Beginning in Fall of 2023, Banks Youth Football will be requiring a $50 unavailability fee in registration for those families who wish to not volunteer. Tackle parents who do not wish to volunteer at one of our program events offered (Gear Checkout Days, Home Middle School games, Golf and Cornhole Fundraising Events, 50/50 Raffle Night, Home Youth Jamborees) can pay a $50 fee in lieu of volunteering. This will be referenced briefly in registration and you will be able to choose at that time. At this time, this is a part of Tackle 3rd-8th Grade registrations. While not required, all flag families are more than welcome to help as well. Thank you for all who have always jumped when it was not a requirement, it is appreciated.
For those who wish to volunteer and forgo the $50 unavailability fee, we will be publishing volunteer opportunities soon and there will be more opportunities once we know the middle school football schedule and we are closer to the season. While we would prefer to just have enough help for every event, we understand that it may not work for all. Unavailability funds will be used to pay high schoolers or other youth/school programs looking to raise funds for their programs.
(A minimum of two adult volunteer hours per player will be required to avoid the unavailability fee).
PRIVACY POLICY
BANKS YOUTH FOOTBALL only collects personal information when you request our services and only uses the information collected to provide those services for you. If you choose to make a purchase, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your order. BANKS YOUTH FOOTBALL handles all of this data with the utmost confidentiality.
PHOTO & NAME USAGE
Photos and names of registered players and coaches may be published on BANKS YOUTH FOOTBALL official webpage and Facebook page.
THIRD PARTIES
Any personal information provided will not be traded, rented, sold or otherwise shared with anyone outside of BANKS YOUTH FOOTBALL, or used for reasons beyond those contemplated in this statement. From time to time, we may engage third parties to process your information on our behalf; however, none of BANKS YOUTH FOOTBALL affiliates (such as our credit card company) have permission to retain, share, store or use personal information for any reason other than providing the requested service.
SECURITY
To prevent unauthorized access, disclosure and improper use of your information, we have established appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards to protect the information we collect in accordance with our privacy policy.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. Furthermore, your credit card number, expiration date and CSV code is never stored in our systems.
Our systems are routinely scanned by a third party provider for security vulnerabilities in compliance with the policies of VISA / MASTERCARD.
